MS SQL Server & MS Access Databases Setup Fee Policy

Due to the high cost of securing the additional licenses (for MS SQL Server) for each database and the disk space required by both databases, we must charge a setup fee for each database attached to your site. This is a one time fee per database per site and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Even if you decide to stop using or not even use your database space. Database space charges apply until you request that your database be removed. Please note that if you stop using your database and request us to stop charging for the space, we will return the disk space back to the global server area and your data WILL BE LOST! Unless arrangements are made to transfer the  database backup to you. We can also make arrangements to store your data for a storage fee of 50% of Active database charges. If you decide to reactivate your database you will be charged as if there never were a database, including the setup fee!
